Frou Frou – Let go

Frou Frou was a British electronic duo composed of Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth. They released their only album, Details, in 2002. Both of them write, produce and play instruments on the tracks, while Heap also provides the vocals. Frou Frou disbanded (amicably) in 2003 to go their separate ways musically, but have more recently stated the possibility of new Frou Frou collaborations.

Bonnie Tyler (born Gaynor Hopkins[1] on 8 June 1951) is a Welsh singer. Her first hit single, «Lost In France», reached the UK Top 10 in 1976 and she was nominated for Best British Female Newcomer at the 1977 Brit Awards.[2] Soon after, Tyler underwent an operation to remove nodules from her vocal cords which left her with a distinctively husky voice. However, this did not affect her career and her 1977 single «It’s a Heartache» became a hit in both Europe and North America.

La importancia del libro en la vida de Huxley lo llevan a escribir más adelante un libro de ensayos y consideraciones relativas bautizado como Retorno a Un Mundo Feliz, (Return to Brave New World), donde aborda detalladamente los diferentes problemas socio económicos que dieron impulso a la creación de su novela futurista.

Tamara de Lempicka o Tamara Łempicka (pronunciado Uempitsca), nacida Maria Górska, (Varsovia, Polonia, 16 de mayo de 1898 – Cuernavaca, México, 18 de marzo de 1980) fue una pintora polaca que destacó por la belleza de sus retratos femeninos y desnudos, de pleno estilo art decó.
Nació en el seno de una familia acaudalada, siendo desde pequeña una niña autoritaria y con carácter. En 1910 pinta su primer trabajo, el retrato de su hermana. En 1911 hace con su abuela un viaje a Italia, donde descubre su pasión por el arte. Su estética ha atraído a estrellas del espectáculo como Barbra Streisand, Jack Nicholson y Madonna, de quienes se dice que coleccionaban sus pinturas. Madonna se inspiró en esta pintora para su video musical Vogue de 1990. También aparece un cuadro de Tamara en el de Open Your Heart, de la misma cantante.

The Fray is an American rock band from Denver, Colorado. Formed in 2002 by schoolmates Isaac Slade and Joe King, they achieved success with the release of their debut album, How to Save a Life in 2005, which was certified double platinum by the RIAA and platinum in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. The Fray achieved national success with their first single, «Over My Head (Cable Car)», which became a top ten hit in the United States. The Cardigans are a Swedish rock band formed in Jönköping, Sweden, in 1992,[2] by guitarist Peter Svensson, bassist Magnus Sveningsson, drummer Bengt Lagerberg, keyboardist Lars-Olof Johansson and lead singer Nina Persson, with the line-up remaining unchanged to this day.
Their debut album Emmerdale (1994) gave them a solid base in their home country and enjoyed some success abroad, especially in Japan. It was not until their second album Life (1995) that an international reputation was secured. Their popularity rose when their single «Lovefool», from the album First Band on the Moon (1996), was included in the soundtrack of Baz Luhrmann’s 1996 film William Shakespeare’s Romeo + Juliet.[2] Other singles included «Erase/Rewind» and «My Favourite Game» from the album Gran Turismo (1998). After a five year hiatus the band returned with Long Gone Before Daylight (2003) a mellower country-laden record. Their last album Super Extra Gravity (2005), a continuation of the country music infused by pop sensibility and further maturing in the band’s sound, was the best-selling Swedish album of that year.[citation needed] After a 2006 tour, the band embarked on a long five year break from musical activities, before reuniting in 2012 to play several concerts.
